Spring 2024 production: Our Stories, Vol. 1
Welcome to the first performance of the JCC Uncommoners Emerging Artist Series. In Our Stories, Vol. 1, the audience will be treated to several different short plays involving students from both the Jamestown and Cattaraugus County campuses of JCC. From incredibly funny moments to high-stakes, tear-jerking drama, these unique and creative stories will be brought to life by a talented cast.
Ticket prices:
- General admission: $6
- Senior citizens 60+/JCC FSA members: $5
- JCC students (ID required): free
Performance dates:
- April 19 and April 20 at 7 p.m.
About Scharmann Theatre
The Scharmann Theatre is a 361-seat venue for the performing arts in the Sheldon Center on the Jamestown Campus of Jamestown Community College. The Scharmann Theatre is managed by JCC’s arts programming administrator, who oversees the yearly programming and creates opportunities for student and community collaborations. The yearly programming includes:
- Workshops (playwriting, acting, devised theatre, improv, play development)
- Auditions
- Performances (plays, devised performances, musicals, concerts)
The Scharmann Theatre is more than a performing arts venue. It’s a place for students and community members alike to create, experiment, collaborate, and perform.
